Hello, I’m about to graduate by the end of the month from a doctoral course in medicine, my original plan was to leave Japan and work as a GP for awhile in Spain, but unfortunately my medical license is still under revision in Spain, so now I’m thinking of doing a postdoc in Japan until my medical license gets approved, but I don’t know how to search for a good foreigner friendly lab with good work conditions and salary, any advice you could give me? Thank you.

HAHAHA
I think salary for entry-level postdoc is sort of standardized. There’s not much room there.
Some programs may pay more but are super competitive anyway.
For foreigner-friendly labs the best bet is finding a foreigner professor who presides a lab here in Japan.
Good work environment?
Once you find it out please let me know.
