Hi everyone, I will be going back to my home country early next month and have a couple of ongoing health conditions, so ideally I’d like travel insurance that covers the treatment of these conditions, just in case. However, I’m having a hard time finding any companies that will do this. Is it even possible? Should I just hope for the best and get a travel insurance covering delays, covid etc.? Any advice?
Thanks!

Check IMG Patriot. It says it covers acute on-site preexisting conditions.
AIG’s overseas travel insurance covers pre-existing conditions but they only cover the medical cost up to 3 mil. JPY and only covers it when your insurance period is less than 32 days.
