Great job. That’s also how I started making sushi. It was getting too expensive to eat out all the time.
They’re looking good man! To improve your skills try to cut the fish lil bit longer (usually the sashimi cut is different than the cut for nigiri) and use just a little bit less rice for the ebi (usually we use 12 grams of rice for perfect size nigiri). You definitely in the right path, keep it up!
