13. OMG Everything looks SO good except shirako. I especially LOVE ankimo. Lucky you, OP!

14. The Shirako is the only thing I wouldn’t try, and that’s just because my western born brain can’t get past what it is. I’m sure it’s delicious and it’s beautifully presented.
