Small Survey for university project

Hello everyone!
As part of a Learning Communities class, we have to create a survey and share with a specific community. My group has chosen the Language Learning community and me personally, I chose /r/LearnJapanese because it is by far the biggest language learning subreddit. The survey is very short, 5 items long, and it’s about commitment and engagement with the platform.
