The edrdg.org links work fine, but the protocol is ftp instead of http. Many browsers nowadays disable ftp by default. On most you can still enable them.
If you’re comfortable with the command line you can also use utilities like wget, curl, etc.:
>$ wget [ftp://ftp.edrdg.org/pub/Nihongo//JMdict.gz](ftp://ftp.edrdg.org/pub/Nihongo//JMdict.gz)
