1. i love Kura. theres one in D.C. near my workplace and its always very good. the eel with cream cheese, caterpillar roll, texas roll, tiger roll, and salmon are my favorites. what was yours?

2. Nice. They’re expanding. I’ve eaten at the LA location and Austin.

3. Hokkaido scallop best deal and when they do specials on wagyu or bluefin toro! It’s not the best quality but it’s quick, easy, & hits the spot for me

5. Kura here in the US is garbage, in Japan it’s so much better. It’s that its like this because I so wanted to like the US kura, it’s a dang shame 😢

7. Wow the white plates! The Kuras in Los Angeles are still using the ugly green/black plates (just went yesterday).

8. Oh how was it!? I’m a big fan of Morimoto, Hiroki, Izakaya, so suppose this one is much, much more casual. 😉
