  1. Hard to find Japanese speciality Restaurants where i live , Most are mixed Asian-Cuisines.

But! The fish meat was really for my liking tasted Fresh and was very Refreshing. I liked a bit wasabi for the kick.

Next on my list i would like to try Tuna tataki soon which seems to be a some what of a popular japanese dish here.

Would love to hear others recommend dishes that focus on clean meat raw/fermented is delicious!.

  2. Please put the fork away and use chopsticks xD

Also, is that yellowfin tuna or bluefin tuna? If you have the chance of trying bluefin, go for it. It’s amazing both completely raw or seard a bit, even better if you find chutoro.
Though make sure it’s not wild, they’re highly endangered and i think only the japanese are allowed to catch them since it has been their diet for centuries.
There are attempts though of trying to farm bluefin tuna under almost natural conditions in spain, i forgot the name of that farm. But that one is ethically good to eat and they have customers world wide.

  3. On First sight my brain seriously tried to tell me this was a houseplant in a very fancy pot. Yes, I am a bit hungover
