Sushi Ran in Sausalito changed my entire perspective on what sushi is and should be

1. Used to go there years ago when I lived in Marin. Those guys definitely know what they’re doing. Robata is also nice, but I prefer the atmosphere at Sushi Ran more.

2. Glad Sushi Ran place is still bringing the heat. Used to ferry clients over there from the financial district 20 years ago for closing dinners. It worked.

3. Next stop, Japan

4. Some truly marvelous looking sashimi.

5. Superb sushi.
