Kuroneko has a service for heavier things. Let’s say you sell a fridge or a washing machine – they have a “furniture” thing that deals with larger items.
Your other option is to set it to 着払い and just let the buyer deal with it.
Chakubarai or pick up only on the listing.
You can also say for the buyer to pick it themselves. If the price is good, there is a chance that a local recycle shop or a reseller will buy it from you. Depends on where you live of course.
I sold 2 desks a 300L fridge and a bed frame on Mercari. I used the Yamato rakuraku kagu option.
I’ve sold 2x45kg dumbbells on Mercari I think you’re good on weight. They have the option to come at your door and pick it up for big/heavy stuff afaik.
