  1. I never thought to use miso as a dip! What a great idea. Those scallops look beautiful and I LOVE the simplicity of this meal. Just a side of roasted garlic, that’s nice. I’d be mixing that and the miso into my soup. Maybe put a little garlic on a scallop…get wild. Very nice, simple, clean, beautiful meal.

  2. Honestly I would rather eat this than American bar food….

    “Miso Hungry” is a great documentary.
