Work may transfer me to Japan.
It has been a while, but not my first time.
I have a home in the USA.
They’ll pay to move anything I need in Japan. Anything else I’ll leave at my house.
Last time I borrowed a motorcycle from childhood friends and we would spend a lot of time exploring Kansai. Loved that old 400cc yamaha.
I don’t know anything about licensing and importation of vehicles anymore.
Presently my main ride is a 2014 bonneville t120. I haven’t felt the need for a newer bike, it has sentimental value.
Experienced folks, if you have any why or why nots I’d love to hear them.
If anyone knows the ins and outs or has a good list of resources I’d be very much appreciated.
