washing machine and the “pan”

So im currently looking at buying a washing machine.

First time. And I’ve gotta be honest, I have no idea what im doing.

The “pan” in my new apartment is 60 centimeters on all four sides.

Was looking one from Nitori which seemed good enough but I’ve gotta be honest. I am confused.

Am I misreading here or is that the minimum measurements needed to install it?

The washer itself is 幅51.5×奥行52.5×高さ92cm
so I honestly thought it would be okay but now im unsure.

Is my interpretation correct or am I little bit off here? my kanji reading is shit and, tbh, this is a new “topic” for me to read about so I struggle.
