  1. Hit have been 3 years since I last made sushi, soon I’m planing to get back to practicing it at home, until there I’m just treating myself with some sashimi and other japanese dishes, Okonomiyaki is my favorite

  2. Isn’t tilapia freshwater tho and sushi traditionally made with saltwater fish? I think historically the main concern was about parasites and such.
