Amazon Japan just launched a new service called “fliptoon” for web comics. It’s great for those who are just starting to learn Japanese and aren’t quite ready for traditional manga yet. Web comics are shorter and easier to read, making them perfect for beginners and intermediates.
It seems the first 4 episodes of every comic is free so you can see if you enjoy the content before having to pay anything.

Thanks for the info! might check it out at some point as this could also work as light(er) reading when I don’t feel like reading full on light novels or regular manga 🙂
Hm did you get it to work for you? On my account it claims all the content can only be read in browser but when I click the link to read it says it has to be read in app (which also fails)
