Edit: rakuten CARD English support
Has anyone used [this](https://postimg.cc/CBMZfd6C) service recently? It doesn’t seem to work and I’m wondering if it maybe got changed but the online info hasn’t been updated.
The 090 number doesn’t connect, and the 0570 number tells you to phone another number, which is 0120 30 69 10. That number just gives you a load of options…I’ve tried waiting and pressing “0#” after the lady has finished speaking, on both telephone numbers. But I cannot get through to a real person whatsoever.

I assume you are talking about Rakuten Card, the best course of action is to use the chat function on their portal and request a call by an english speaking support staff.
