I am currently outside Japan and need to change the construction date of Nuro which is scheduled to be on 7-19.
The number to call their support is 0120-201-761 .
I am using ahamo and have no trouble using data roaming. But I cannot figure out how to dial the above number.
I tried

+81120…..
Can anyone help me to figure it out?

0120 cannot be called internationally.
You need to use other means of communication or ask them for non-0120 number.
You can’t call toll-free number internationally. Try using their webchat instead: https://www.nuro.jp/support/hikari/contact/open/
I tried dialing it to speak to someone to ask for a non-tollfree number to call, but i wasted like 5 mins on their IVR system, and then was told that before they’d tell me a non-toll free number they need my “account details”. Fuckem.
I’d suggest using their chat/line thing.
It might be possible to do it on Skype. Set the country for Japan.
