When I was a kid, commercials for Mauna Loa macadamia nuts used to air on a regular basis. They looked so amazing in the commercial, I was dying to try them, but never got to. Well, until I was an adult and could get my own. While they’re good, they’re nothing like what kid-me imagined. I would have definitely been disappointed.
I just got back from the Big Island. The tuna is out of this world. I’ve been to Japan, but something about the fresh tuna in Hawaii. So so good.
I want that shima aji. Yum.
