2. That looks very good for a local joint, a lot of variety. My places (not Japanese run) outside of Philadelphia would have that salmon and clam, but otherwise, mediocre everything else. The chef above however could work on some of their knife skills, doesn’t seem quite as precise as I’d like for the first few bits of nigir on the left. I like that they included an oily fish (mackerel?) in the middle. Nice progression too left to right, ending on a big gunkan bite before the sweet stuff. Cheers!
