Perfect sake pour? No, I’m gonna burn my fingers.
There’s a chick at my local who pours a perfect ochoko and masu combo, where the sake is literally above the masu edge, just held up by surface tension. She did it like three times in a row the other night, and we jokingly act upset when it went over the fourth time. It’s pretty impressive. Somehow I’ve never thought to take a picture.
