Might seem like a random question, but I’m a bit curious! I’ve tried searching for some, but all that comes up is normal legends, nothing of the “horror” type.

It’s not in Osaka but there’s this tunnel my ex Gf’s mom used to live near called Inunaki tunnel which is haunted in Fukuoka.
Have you tried Yokai.com? It has a vast list of yokai and lists by prefecture. I’m sure you can try typing ‘Osaka’ in the search menu, and it may give you some stories/legends. It’s worth a try. Good luck!
