things i should know before accepting the jo

In my second interview, they told me the next action plan is a final interview in Japan. My interviewers called me about a month since the second interview to congratulate me for being accepted.

During the call, they mentioned the official offer will be given in Japan and that I have three paths with them:
1. Technical and Global Sales (TGS)
2. TGS then transfer to Research after some time
3. Do both TGS and Research

I’m assuming the final interview is for formalities and deciding which path I take (if i can make the choice; they said their president is the one to decide). I wanna take path 3 but can I renegotiate to increase the salary since technically it’s two different roles (salary is 220k yen)? And in context, this is an entry level job (fresh grad hires).

Target deployment month is October 2023, with 2 or 3 months intensive language course before that. Since the classes require me being a full-time student, I will be resigning from my current work.

I wanna be thorough in my questioning so I wont have regrets later on.
Other questions I have (that I want to ask during the final interview):
*specifcs on benefits
-on that note, what are the usual benefits offered
*can i get allowance/pay during the language course
*what is the assurance of my deployment
*company housing/assistance

What else should I be asking them and what else should I be aware of?

My background: materials science engg, 7 months into my first job
