Looks delicious! I think you did a great job, better than what I could do lol.
Are you sure you have put enough soja sauce? xD
Looks good. I personally would like the salmon to be a little wider, thinner and maybe shorter. But that’s just my own preference. Now you’ve got these thick pieces kind of drooping over the rice at the edges. I think it would look better if it were more compact. It could help to gently press the salmon and rice together more.
You ate it. You tell us.
Looks tasty but those are some loooooong boys. Did you have to bite them?
Looks great! I do like when the fish just touches the plate at the ends, but I like it to be wide enough to almost completely hide the rice on the sides.
Bad cuts, looks like you cut straight 90 degrees instead of at an angle. This makes blocky, jagged, and unappealing fish. Cutting with a more dramatic angle will allow the salmon to fall nicely over the rice like a fitted sheet
Kanpai!
Nice job, practice makes perfect and home sushi is cheaper and fun! What type of salmon and how did you process it? e.g. farm raised frozen to thaw, etc.
Looks extremely easy to do and you did it. A+
How did you prepare your salmon?
I see the fish made it onto the rice, good work.
Pretty tasty looking. Hope you enjoyed, quite an accomplishment
I would eat this/10
Best places to buy sushi grade fish?
Perfection
Is it just me, or does the fish look kinda like wood with how the lines are?
Not criticizing you btw, that looks amazing and I’d eat it, just my ADHD brain.
Looks pretty awful but you have time to make up for it!
This is really impressive for your first time. Just one suggestion that others have already said, try cutting the salmon on a bias next time
