You’ll need to get a Japanese license.
Foreigners living in Japan can convert their driving license with minimum effort if it is recognised as an international driving license. Unfortunately for you, according to this article:

Brazilian driving license is not recognised as such by Japan. Which I guess means you have no other way but to go through a Japanese driving school and pass the exams to get a Japanese driving license…
Get an international drivers license in Brazil, it’s cheap, and you carry it with your Brazilian license.
You can use this for a year. Even with a tourist or work visa.
Never heard of an international drivers license?
