  1. Sakamichi Brewing in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Excellent beer and a nice, warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

  2. Joel Robuchon has a small family owned operation in Ebisu. Fair enough as far as I am concerned, though I prefer l’atelier.
