fucking ajimoto consomme cubes.
Does anyone know how to use these things effectively?
I’ve never used cubes before and these things are like rocks. I have no idea how to turn them into stock. I’ve seen videos of people breaking cubes into the water and there is no way to do that. I’ve tried cutting them.
I’ve tried soaking them and it kinda works…
