3. The article doesn’t mention if anyone’s health was harmed. I mean, if no one got sick, there was still time to rectify the situation before anyone else used the bath water.

   Yes, it was poor practice to not clean the bath water but I can’t imagine being so down on yourself to commit suicide when all you had to do was clean the bath water.
