Need help deciphering 2 common sauces

   This is the other sauce, it’s very similar flavor but has almost like seeds in it. It’s always on my escolar at different places.

2. Try grated daikon, garlic, pickled ginger and ponzu together for the first one. The second is soy mustard sauce. Probably Mizkan brand.

3. Looks like the sauce has masago in it.
