So I’m trying to get twice concert lottery tickets and I applied but I got a message from my bank app that they’re trying to take out the transaction of like 200+ dollars (the price of the tickets). Why is it trying to be taken out now if the lottery results haven’t been announced yet? Should I allow it to be taken?

Never used ticket board but did you pay with a debit card or prepaid card?
It sounds like your bank is trying to make sure you have enough money to cover the ticket cost in the event you actually get the tickets, which is why it is “taking” (more like “holding”) the money from you now.
If this is like the BP concert, then they will charge you in advance for the tickets then refund you the money after if you don’t win the lottery.
