3. I try to eat there at least once a year. It is by far my favorite sushi spot, and probably my favorite dining experience too. I don’t know why people overlook this place. It’s like none of friends know who Shiro is and his background. Haha.

4. I’ve got homie’s book, it’s really interesting. If I ever get to Seattle I’d love to eat there.

5. The greatest sushi night of my life was sitting at the bar being served by Shiro Kashiba himself. I haven’t sat at the bar since before the pandemic and I think it’s time. I’m jealous 🙂
