Questions about working at Tokyo International University.

Just looking for opinions on the work and educational environment at the school. I’d appreciate any input if you’ve taught there or know someone who has.

  1. Do even have the qualifications you need for the job? If it’s an English position you are going to be competing against a shit ton of migrant workers trying to escape babysitting jobs and established educators that want to try Japan for a bit.

  2. Yes, I have an interview with them. I’ve been teaching in Japan for several years and have a masters degree (TESOL). Just hoping to get some opinions from someone familiar with the school.
