Only 7 days?
I would just stay in the one area to be honest, stay in Tokyo and do a day trips out to Yokohama and Nikko. Like, you’re cramming a lot of things on day 3 … you’re going to be tired, and not just from walking but from the travelling around itself.
Make sure you get reservations at the muscle girl bar.
Day 5 you wrote (allows tattoos) what does that mean?
Depending on where in Sumida you are staying. Switch Day 3 with Day 5. Akihabara, Asakusa, Tokyo Skytree, Kirby Cafe are all close in that area. That Day 2 and 3 would allow exploring the moment you check in and continue the following day.
I think you’re wasting your money if you’re rushing one night at a Ryokan especially in kyoto
