Does Demaecan have any live chat or phone support?

I was wondering if there was a way I could get in contact with someone at Demaecan to cancel an order. [I ordered from a store that wasn’t greyed out with「開店時間前\] on the icon, but didn’t notice the little 「予約可」in place of a time estimate near the bottom.](https://imgur.com/7pnXoW2) Imho this is just bad ui design (why have two different ways of showing a store is not open, and both allow you to schedule an order, but one of them is extremely unnoticeable…) but regardless, I’ve placed an order for tomorrow evening that I won’t be at home to pick up. Is there any way to ask Demaecan to not deliver the order? Even if I can’t receive a refund, there is no way I’ll be around to answer the buzzer so it’ll just be some poor delivery driver left hanging.
