Nagoya university of commerce and business is AACSB accredited institution. But it seems to be less prestigious and only few reviews are available about it online. My question is ,
1.How is the university actually ?
2. Is the undergraduate program available at this university good ?
3. Is it worth to study there as an international student ?
4. How good is the part time job Market in the city ?

It’s probably a tier 3 school.
Tier 1 are the 7 imperial universities and the 3 private schools Keio, Waseda and Tokyo institute of tech. These would have international recognition.
Tier 2 are the prefectural universities, i.e. Chiba University, Hiroshima Unuversity. They may be highly regarded in Japan, but unknown to the outside. A degree from here would indicate some expertise in the respective field.
Tier 3 is everywhere else. Graduates here may just be labeled as having a Bachelors or Masters
