Best places to learn Japanese in NYC?

I’m trying to learn Japanese with perhaps a tutor or classes. Are there any places in New York city that might be recommended?

Note there are Kinokuniya & BookOff stores in mid-town which carry Japanese books and stationery.
A lot of the staff at Kinokuniya was Japanese so they might have some tutor recommendations.
