What kind of field fall ino the “engineer” work visa?

Hello,

I’m thinking about going to university in Japan and, if everything goes well, getting a job there after getting a master degree.

I want to really understand the visa system to be sure of my plan but searching online I only find articles about engineer in tech, especially software engineer.

My question is: do all engineers can have this visa (e.g. mecanical engineer, agricultural engineer,…)? And if so, what is considered engineer? Is it regulated? For exemple, in this [academic list](http://www.tohoku.ac.jp/en/academics/graduate.html), if I get a degree in another graduate school than the engineering one, can it be ok?

EDIT: To be clearer and more concrete for the second part of my question, I intrested to become an agricultural engineer but every degree I can find is in a different graduate school than the engineering one. So I’m wondering, is this job does even exist in Japan or is it seen in a different way?

Thanks for reading me, and sorry for my poor english, I’m not a native.
