\*IN TOKYO, sorry about that, I forgot that in the title
As the title says I am looking for a urology clinic where they speak English in Tokyo. I have seen St. Luke’s hospital mentioned in multiple posts, but from what I read it’s better to go there with a referral letter from a clinic, so I would prefer to do that if necessary.
As for the issue itself, I have had external hemorrhoids a few months ago and it was surgically removed, but it seems to have renewed and it is likely that I will need another minor surgery. Nothing that cannot be done at a small local clinic, but from a brief googling session most places have nephrology and urology together, with specialised care services that I don’t need, so I’m not sure which of them actually offer what I need. Another issue is that my phone plan doesn’t allow calls, only SMS, so I cannot book an appointment by phone.

Don’t need a letter. Just have to pay like Â¥6000 extra without it. Worth it to me not to waste time going to a small clinic first. It’s the same for any large hospital, not just St Luke’s
