Sashimi bowl I made a few months ago.


Only Salmon and Tuna.
I love to use lemon and lime in plating. As well as some basic sasagiri to decorate and carved table radish.

Kisami wasabi in a flower cup made of cucumber. Ponzu sauce in the metal cup.
Itadakimasu!
