I have registered on Pia with a Japanese’s friend phone number and I want to buy tickets for a concert. However, when I buy the tickets it gives me a note along the lines of that I can only claim the tickets with that phone number. I do have a Japanese phone number but I don’t have a call service (needed for Pia registration) hence why I can’t use mine.
Does anyone have experience with Pia whether it is possible to claim tickets even though you do not have the phone with the registered phone number?
