I will join that campain. As much as I know, the goverment will be see my bank account details when I register it. So, I will register an bank account which I don’t use normally. Can they access my other bank accounts with my name, address and DOB ?

People can correct me if I am wrong, but the government more than likely knows about your Japanese bank accounts to begin with.
CMIIW As far as I know you giving details of bank account is not that different when you give the same details of bank account or credit cards when you, for example, do shopping online, so no need to worry?
I also don’t see any reason why they would want to access my other bank account other than the one I gave details of, coz it is logical that they needed it to give the points (e.g I register my rakuten CC to get the 5k rakuten points)
Govt knew all our personal details and they actually have access to japanese bank accounts from the start, that’s why they even able to forcefully take money from your account for emergency reasons such as when you didn’t pay obligations like nenkin or hoken.
If the government wants your bank details they can find it. Forget to pay taxes, pension, etc? They will clean out your bank account. And they won’t tell you beforehand. It’ll just be gone one day. Source: I know people this has happened to.
