Short answer: No, there is massive oversupply.

I dunno, man. Literally everybody I talk to these days is on at least a hybrid schedule of no more than 2 days in the office a week. Even at my own company they tried to get people back in the office because it’s pretty much dead right now, but there’s so much push back that they’re probably going to give up and just shut the office down altogether.
WHat’s the lead time between decision to build and actual completion? I never understood this business the financing must be complicated!
