Can I ask advice from somebody who is working at a global marketing company in Tokyo?

Hey guys. Thanks for taking your time. I’m currently 27, been living in Japan for 8 years, and have an undergraduate from a decent Japanese university (国際学部) and around 3 years of experience in product / digital marketing for both a company, and as a freelance contractor. Although right now I’m primarily working as a translator. I have 2 years left on a 5 year visa Int. Services / humanities visa, and seeing as how crazy inconsistent my schedule has become, I would really like to take this year to start a new life post-pandemic where I can spend more time outside of my apartment, and have a bit more consistency.

I’ve heard quite a few people passing through here over the years mention that they’re working at a global marketing agency, or are just involved in global marketing in general in Tokyo. I think this would be a good fit for me and my background, and I would really love to hear a bit more about anyone’s individual experiences working in the industry, and which companies might be good to apply for. For example, I’m not sure if I should be shooting for newer companies, or larger agencies headquartered in New York / domestic companies, etc.

Would anyone be willing to DM me? I will repay you with mountains of praise and many implied bows and nods.
