Won’t be providing the buyer with my apartment number, just the building. Usually when I sell stuff I meet them at public places but as the item I’m selling is a not super small and it’s raining tomorrow I feel like just meeting outside my building is fine. Asking as I’m not in the know regarding current scams going on.

In the past I’ve had people ask for the address and the time I’ll be at home, then vanish.
I might be paranoid, but I now only give the building address and tell them to mail again when they’re 5 minutes away.
I’d advise the same.
