Imitation crab and avocado, covered in toasted black sesame seeds and pan-fried panko bread crumbs, then finally topped with some unagi sauce I made a couple days before.
This marks my third time making sushi, and it’s easily my favorite yet! I might try some spicy mayo next time I make this.
sesame usually on outer (car tire surface) side. Haven’t seen covered with panko (too much?) though if tastes good OK for home.
