I subscribe to the MIT OpenCourseWare channel on youtube, having previously watched some programming related lecture there. Today I was surprised to see a new series of Kanji lessons around the Tobira Advanced Japanese textbook on the channel. I only started the first video so far, but I thought it was pretty good and that people might enjoy it here.
The lectures are given in mixed Japanese and English and include the Kanji, breakdown of the radicals, pronunciations and some example words for each. The class title is Japanese 5, so maybe it’s best suited for an intermediate or advanced beginner level student.

Thank you for posting this.
I find the hybrid English-Japanese to be infuriating. But appreciate this could work for some people.
MIT has a few other Japanese courses on that platform.
