Verb stem + なかない form

I stumbled into this particular form watching an anime, and searching on internet, I found that “なかない” is a variation of the “なくはない” form. Is it true? Are there any other articles or books that explain this variation?

Here it is the explanation that I found: [https://okwave.jp/qa/q7182462.html](https://okwave.jp/qa/q7182462.html)
