So i saw asked for some advice from someone and they said that i should make sentences with the vocab words i learn. They say its effective way to remember the word and it can help with understanding how to structure sentences
Currently i do 10 new cards a day for vocab. There is example sentences. Should i still write down sentences with the new words i learn?

If that helps you retain the word/sentence then yes.
Everyone is different. Try different things and keep what works for you. You can give it a try for a week and see if it was effective.
