1. I love a kappa maki, next time I’d say keep the skin on the cucumber though. Hope you enjoyed it chef!

2. How did you get the shrimp to stay put? I’ve tried Pablo shrimp several times and usually at least 2-3 shrink/roll back up 🍤 and I’ve tried cutting them along the back like you’re supposed to
