What’s the TLDR?
Anecdotal, obviously, but personally I feel like all the screen time I had as a kid greatly diminished my attention span as an adult. It’s a much higher than natural level of stimulation, that once you become accustomed to, makes it much more difficult to just sit down and say, read a book. To this day, if I want to sit down and study or read, I have to listen to music for the first half hour or so before I can actually lock in and focus.
