hey guys, i just recently moved from gakugeidaigaku to nakameguro within the same meguro ward. im going to go change my address at the ward office today, but do i need to have a move out notification slip? i didnt get one, because i figured since its in the same ward it would be fine. please let me know if i was wrong so i can go pick up one from the other office today!

You need to file a tenkyo todoke 転居届 moving notification, similar to the moving in notification.
